How much is shipping?

Shipping charges depends on weight of the products and also destination. At checkout, the system will give you your shipping charges and options.

What is the status of my order? I am still waiting.

You should have received an email with tracking sent to the email address linked to the order. If you are outside the US and you chose first class mail, this option takes the longest. Next time we recommend Priority Mail to get your gear much faster!

What is the return policy?

You may return any unworn and unused merchandise in its original packaging and tags for full refund as long as it arrives back to us within 14 calendar days of purchase date. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Any item purchased on sale or discounted is final sale! Jordans, Nike, Adidas and pre owned shoes are final sale! Please email us before sending anything back.

Shipping & Delivery

At this time, THE SNEAKER STUDIO LLC ships merchandise worldwide. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.
